2. EMI Payment Policy

2.1 Timely Payments

  • For participants opting for EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) payments, all installments must be paid on or before the due dates specified during enrollment.

2.2 Consequences of Default

  • Restricted Access: Temporary suspension of access to course materials, live sessions, or other resources.
  • Admission Cancellation: BharatBIM reserves the right to cancel your admission entirely if installments remain unpaid after reminders.

2.3 No Refunds for EMI Default

  • In cases where access is restricted or admission is canceled due to non-payment of EMI installments, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the amount already paid.

3. Alternative Resolutions

3.1 Session Rescheduling

  • If you are unable to attend a live session due to unforeseen circumstances, you may request access to recorded sessions (if available). However, this does not qualify for any refund or compensation.

3.2 Course Substitution

  • In certain cases, we may offer the option to transfer your enrollment to an upcoming batch or a similar course. Such substitutions are provided at our discretion and do not imply entitlement to refunds.

4. Cancellation by BharatBIM

4.1 Course Rescheduling or Cancellation

  • If a course or session is canceled or rescheduled by BharatBIM due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues or instructor unavailability), we will notify participants promptly.
  • In such cases, we may:
    • Transfer the enrollment to a new batch of the same course.
    • Provide access to alternative sessions or recorded content.

4.2 No Refund Guarantee

5. Payment Acknowledgment

5.2 Duplicate Payments

  • In the rare event of a duplicate payment, the additional amount may be credited to your account as a future course fee or adjusted in another service. No monetary refund will be issued.

  • BharatBIM is not liable for non-participation due to personal, technical, or other issues on the participant's side.
